Bets.io Sportsbook: Pre-Match, Live and Esports Betting

The Bets.io sportsbook sits next to the casino on the same account: open the Sports side of the menu and you can bet before an event or while it is running, on traditional sports and on esports.

Where the sportsbook is

At the top of the bets.io menu there is a switch between Sports and Casino. Sports opens the line of events with their odds; Casino brings you back to the slots and tables. Your balance, in coins or in fiat, is the same on both sides.

Bet types on the slip

Different events of the same match, or several bets on the same player in one tournament, may not be combined in one express or system bet; such a ticket is refunded.

Placing a bet

1. Choose an event and click the odds you want; the selection lands in the bet coupon.
2. Enter your stake and check that the selected outcome is the one you mean.
3. Press Place a bet.
4. Wait for the message Bet accepted: only then is the bet made.

If that message does not appear, look at your betting history or ask support. A registered bet cannot be cancelled afterwards, so double-check before you confirm.

When odds move

Odds can change while you place a bet. The coupon then shows a notification and may wait for you to accept the new price. With the option Accept odds change switched on, the bet goes through immediately at the changed odds.

Cash Out

On some markets you can cash out, which settles the bet before the outcome is final. The Cash Out amount is calculated automatically and changes as the event develops. It is not offered on certain two-way markets where a refund at odds of 1 is possible, and the feature can be withdrawn at any time.

Sports on the board

Our sportsbook rules cover football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football, baseball, cricket, rugby league and union, handball, volleyball, darts, snooker, golf, cycling, boxing, MMA, Formula One and other motor racing, winter sports and many smaller disciplines from bandy to water polo. In listings the home team appears first unless stated otherwise.

Esports markets

• Shooters: CS2, Valorant, Rainbow Six: Siege, Call of Duty and Crossfire.
• MOBA titles: Dota 2, League of Legends, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Wild Rift and King of Glory.
• Fighting games: Tekken and Street Fighter.
• Simulated sport: eFootball, eBasketball and eCricket leagues.
• Others: Marvel Rivals, PUBG Mobile, Fortnite, Deadlock, World of Tanks, World of Warcraft, GeoGuessr and chess.

Esports bets are settled on the official score shown in the stream, and overtime counts unless the market says otherwise.

How results are settled

Bets are settled on the official result announced right after the event, from official protocols and sources; statistics can be added within 48 hours. If a market was already decided when a match was abandoned, those bets stand, while undecided markets are void. Refunds go back to your account, and a claim about the settlement of a bet must be raised within 3 days.

Rules every bettor should know

• Deposit once through: a deposit has to be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.
• No betting on your own events: participants, coaches and referees may not bet on events they are involved in.
• No bots: automated betting software and scripts are not allowed.
• Personal use: the account is for your own betting, not for any commercial purpose.
• Errors: bets accepted with obviously wrong odds or details can be cancelled.
